All our products are Brand New, unless specifically indicated as Refurbished, by Manufacturer. We do not sell Used products.

We offer Free Shipping in most cases, and No Sales Tax, except NY.

For products that are offered with Free Shipping, please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.

If shipping charges apply on any products, it will be clearly stated on the website.


Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, with most orders being processed on the same business day. We send email confirmation for all orders processed.



Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We send email confirmation and confirm shipment on all orders, once they are shipped.

If shipping charges are applicable, they will be listed along with the product price.

Shipping is only offered within the Continental US. Shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Box, AFO, Military addresses, or International locations.

Return Policy:

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Any product we sell can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

For products that are offered with Free Shipping, please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.

20% to 30% Restocking Fee is applicable for all Returns, except defective or damaged items.

Furniture and Home Decor Items - Defective and Damaged products must be notified to us within 3 to 5 days of receiving the item. Replacement or Repairs will be provided in such cases. However, if refund is expected instead of replacement or repairs, restocking fee will apply. See also Returns Policy Notes below for complete details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the Returned Item meets our Returns Criteria, Full Refund of the item selling price is issued, however the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Defective or damaged items can be returned within 30 days, and restocking fee will not be applicable. However, return shipping charges will not be reimbursed, because we in turn return the defective or damaged item to the manufacturer and we incur shipping charges for ALL returns.

Exchanges for damaged or defective items can be shipped at no extra shipping cost, this is applicable on a case by case basis.

Return Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. This policy applies to ALL Returns, including defective or damaged items.


Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from usYou must contact us to obtain a valid RMA.

In some cases, GPS units, digital cameras, camcorders and cell phones are not returnable once factory sealed package is opened. Please contact manufacturer directly for warranty service of these items.


Basic Criteria for Returns

All items returned must include the following:

Same product (matching model and serial number) in same condition as purchased.

Any retail packaging and accessories received with the item must be returned (cables, manuals, instructions booklets, warranty information, etc).

A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be on the shipping label.

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.

If applicable, items returned must use our carrier (and shipping label) to qualify for free return shipping.

Items returned more than 30 days after original delivery date will be denied a refund.

Returned items that are damaged in transit as a result of improper of insufficient packaging will be denied. Be sure to package your return properly!

Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to be processed after the receipt of your RMA. It may take even longer to receive your funds depending on the policies of your bank, credit card , or other source of funds.



All products are sold with the manufacturer warranty, and customers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer for any product questions or concerns, including service and repair matters, also as related to defective or damaged products.

    Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our Standard Return Policy , where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If item is eligible for "Free Return Shipping" you will receive return label by email.

    All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, No returns allowed on custom orders. Mattresses, bedding and linens are also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. A few of our vendors may be excluded from our return policy.

How To Return An Item

    To return an item please submit return request.

Non-Returnable Items

        Custom orders (i.e. products that are built-to-order or personalized in any way)
        Any items labeled non-returnable on the product page of our website
        Any item that has been modified or used in any way, assembled, installed, etc
        Any item that is not in resalable condition.
        Any personal use products (for reasons surrounding Health & Sanitation).
        Any item that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
        Large Quantities, Special Orders or Project Quotations: When ordering large quantities or special orders for large projects, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation, some manufacturers will not allow returns on large quantities.
        Consumables: Light bulbs, parts, shades, and opened consumables (including all edibles, sprays, liquids, and other health and beauty products).

Missing Parts

    If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please create new support ticket within 24 hours and we will provide you the replacement parts free of charge. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will provide you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.


    Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement parts via a support ticket.

    We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight or White Glove, please note the important instructions below.

    IMPORTANT: Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment

    If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our Standard Return Policy. If a product arrives damaged and it was noted on the delivery receipt, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us.

    In order to address any issues promptly please take time to inspect the merchandise you have ordered upon receipt. If your shipment is damaged or defective, please create new support ticket within 24 hours following the receipt of your order. To help us resolve the situation please upload photographs of the damages as well as post a clear description of the damage.

    Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. If you want to return, please refer to our Standard Return Policy. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Please notify DA Stores of refusal so we can anticipate the return.

Free Shipping

    Items marked "Free Shipping" on the product page will ship for free with either Curbside Delivery or Small Parcel. The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the customers responsibility to transport the products inside. "Free Shipping" specials are only valid for addresses in the Continental United States.

Delivery Acceptance Instructions

    Delivery must be signed by the customer or an individual at least 18 years old that the customer designates to have the authority to sign for the delivery.

    It is critical that any damages that are visible at the time of delivery are noted on the delivery slip at the time of delivery and are accompanied by the customer's signature. Do not sign the Bill Of Lading (trucking company receipt) until you have inspected your merchandise for damages. If the boxes containing the items appear damaged please mark this very clearly on the delivery slip. If you have ordered the items to be assembled and have noticed any damages during the assembly process, please ensure to note this clearly while signing the assembly service paperwork. In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective please see Returns and Damages section.

    We will not be responsible for damaged freight, if delivery receipt is signed clear.

    In the event that you are not ready to accept delivery we will be happy to hold the merchandise in our warehouse at no charge for 7 business days. After this time passes your account will be charged a storage fee of 2% of the purchase price per day.

    If, after numerous attempts made by us to deliver purchased goods and customer was not available to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to recall all merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price, less all shipping and handling costs that are incurred by us as a result. The same applies if a customer is not available to accept a delivery at a previously arranged time after an appointment had been scheduled and the delivery cannot be completed.
